This is a great place and whatever benefits this place is right on but I wouldnt sell off any property because after the recession more students will be enrolled and they will need a place to live.

I am against this. They should also silence the bell so we don't have to listen to it.

Bell has been ringing for a long time...probably before you bought your house, and is a nice meditative sound and welcome in the community. The Seminary has been around for over 100 years and is a big part of the community. In many communities all over the world, people enjoy listening to the church bells.
