As for the attorney's fees well what is the housing authority fighting? Why not just give him what he asked for to begin with? The request was made in October according to the court records why is it taking 8 months if there is nothing to hide?

Wildcat, it is the other way around, Brenda filed the Peace Bond on Alaniz after he slendered her at the CS District office. He also took it out on Castaneda when he was not there to defend himself. Alaniz looks down on the CS people and thinks his do-do don't stink. Because of him they hired Marinez after Marinez was let go with some nice money. He then turned around and hired Moreno and then things went down south for the students. Claudia has sided with him all the time. Part of their planning to keep things messed up. Between the two they slendered Brenda in front of the people. Things turned around when the District Lawyer put the blame on Alaniz.

Actually the court records show one against her as well. Check with the JP in Big Wells you can see for yourself.

And he was not even in the district when Marinez was fired then rehired then fired again. He was not even on the board when Moreno got hired just when she retired.

And when did the district lawyer put the blame on him? and for what?

Check your bill when it comes to glasses (elderly). You are being charge

Puro Wildcat hit the nail on the head. Alaniz tried to pass as a member of DCH and was kicked out by the Board due to he was no MD but just a plain Optical Tech and go by DR. C Citizen and cover up must be related to Alaniz. For Wildcat, yes he was on the CS School Board when Marinez was rehired and yes he was on the board when they hired his sweetheart Moreno. At that time Alaniz had the 5 members on his side, including Claudia. Alaniz got Castaneda on his side when he was running for the Board and then side swipe him when he became President and Claudi became Vice-P.
