What? No description? Let me guess...skinny, white, scabs, and a tattoo on his neck that says "Born To Lose". If he were my neighbor, there would have been a fire a lot sooner.

Tom, I am sure that the very fine residents of the Austin area would make that crap hole of a city much more pleasant if they sucked down some blow with their Cheerios. However, that is not gonna fly in a more refined city, say any other city in the state of MN.

I feel sorry for Cosgrove's neighbors. Gotta wonder, though, if sometimes they've been just suffering through some noisy nights rather than calling it in to the cops. Maybe they worry about their own safety and property, which can be a real consideration when dealing with creeps such as Cosgrove. The property out to be condemned. Meanwhile about all one can do is pray for well-aimed lightning.

Yes....the government does have the right.

Title 21,Ch 9 USC.

In addition, this also spells out the Authority of the FDA and DEA in safegaurding the public.

Now...you may not like it, but there it is.

I wonder if it is liberal communist socialist types giving me bad "judgeings" or is it "so called" conservative GOP types???? Because conservatives hate big government telling them what and how to do stuff.....so it must be liberals giving me bad "judge it"...

Yes and common sense would tell you the government does not have right to tell you what you can consume....And if you used your brains you would see that.

Have one just like him in our neighborhood, the only difference is its scrapping. I was told by a dearly remembered officer, "Don't Let Him Intimidate You", and I will not. When these creeps think you are afraid of them they will do what they want which could endanger the neighborhood with "Drugs and his Criminal Associates Behaviors". It's just to bad the officers couldn't get into the property sooner to find those drugs. Unfortunately the criminals know their rights and it can be difficult for the officers to catch them.
