Yes it most likely is i remember to this day as a child in rosenberg just a couple of miles from richmond on a clear afternoon their was a crowd of people out near the rail road tracks probably coming from a parade walking, off hwy 90 and from the direction. from richmond on a rail road track in rosenberg their was this spirt or ghost in the figure of a persons body, nearly white as a sheet of paper walking but flowing down the rail road tracks just like a train would.every one watched and pointed and got more peoples attention to look at it and it was unbeleivable we watched till we didnt see it any more if any one remembers this please respond me and my family still talk about this from time to time .

Oh yeah i was raised in Rosenberg, TX. My home was haunted, it is right by the cemetery on Ave D.
I remember one late night around 2.50am my mother and i were driving back home from my grandmothers house, so we past right by old richmond road which has been reportedly spooky late at night. Well when we came to a stop sign, i looked to the right of me down the road to old richmond road which there is tracks there, well i saw a little baby boy wearing only diapers standing in the middle of the road, his back facing me but seemed like he was playing with something in his hands. He had this white glow all around him. I was amaze to see that. I was like oh poor baby. I told my mom did you see that? She said no. I told her look it's a ghost baby.... I did some research on that road and found out that a baby was ran over and killed on that road. Very sad.....

Things are not as they always appear.Saints,or evil.Don't fear.I see dead people all the time.Their harmless. The live ones that are spiritually dead stay away from these.

It's weird reading about this- because my train from New Orleans hit and killed a man in Rosenberg TX and I am writing a song to pay tribute to him and my cowriter said we should make it like he was a ghost.... And there's some kinda eerie coincidence in reading about this...

Did you read my post? Our train from New Orleans just killed a man in Rosenberg TX and me and my cowriter are writing a song in tribute to the man and my cowriter- suggested we make the man a ghost.... who reappears....and I just read this story of yours and for some reason it rings very strange...
