Here it comes, get ready to pay. It starts out just paying for the "express" lane then it steps up to paying for all lanes ( Chicagolands next tollway ). They should be focusing on the more important things like the size of the sodas being served at 7-11.

What hole have you been in? The interchange design process is well under way and the funding is in IDOT's budget already. It just takes time to go through the entire federal design process. You need to read a paper once in awhile.

If you build it they will come. A lot of people locked in the Romeoville Plainfield Joliet Cresthill quadrant need Airport interchange onto I-55 built too. I hope that is part of the plan

If this happens, I will never pay my state taxes again. Our tax dollars are supposed to fund the additional lanes at no additional expense to the daily drivers. I call BS!!! Greedy lawmakers and glad handers! FTA!

Seems fair to me. We need to pay for the roads, and this idea will make sure those who are using the road pays for the road. I don't want to support freeloaders who think I should pay for their asphalt through my taxes.
