Understood and agree, however someone was trying to claim some small boom in the residential market in romeoville.

The article had nothing to do with prices just sales numbers which are up throughout the area. Romeoville is up more than the area as a whole. Sales must increase like this before you will see price stabilization. This is a positive sign but it will take some time for the national market to fully return.
