Our results were favorable. We both were
presented with too many pictures and a very long video. The day went too fast but now we have the memories.

Just wanted to say they did a great job on both the photos and the video. We got what we paid for, and we also saved alot of money.

Poor Customer Service! They recently did my sister's wedding and, while the pictures look pretty nice, it's very hard to view them on their website. There were a lot of people in the wedding party, and it's almost impossible to see the faces very clearly in the small pictures on the website.
My son recently stood up to a few weddings, and the websites for those photos clearly list the prices for the pictures and you are able to order them directly from the website. It was also easy to see the pictures clearly, as they could be viewed in a larger frame. Unfortunately, one must contact Grabari to get prints, and they don't appear to be concerned with answering their phone during their limited "business hours".
I have called them a few times, and on Thursday I finally left a message for a return call. According to their voice mail, they were open for several hours after my call. I mentioned that I wanted to order pictures from a recent wedding and left my name and number, but I received no response. I would hope, with minimal hours (3 days a week), they would respond in a more timely manner. Therefore, I have to wait until next week and hope I hear from them. My sister informed me that they are very hard to get in touch with and they don't take credit cards, so I will send a check and I suspect that will add to the time it takes to get my prints....if they ever respond to me.
I must add the photographer was very personable and she did a great job, but their customer service is severely lacking. It would be so much better to be able to order pictures directly from the website, rather than have all interested guests and/or wedding attendants trying to contact them. Since they are so hard to contact, I would think they'd prefer to have people order from the website so they wouldn't have all those phone calls to ignore.

Maybe you need to go to the eye doctor !!!! I forgot my crying towel and my violin. Next time your sibling gets married take a look in the mirror cause you sure arent a beauty contest winner. Many of the family had faces that only a mother could love !!

First I want to make note that I was a guest at a recent wedding about a month ago where this photographer did the photos. I did not hire them nor pay for their service. However, I was extremenly disappointed with the guest photos that were shot at the backdrop screen at the reception hall. The screen was set up half on the carpeted floor and half on the wood floor. This would not be an issue if the floor was not included in the photos, but ALL of the full length photos showed the floor! I was shocked to see that the photographer did not properly compose the shots. I mean, please, I am not a photographer, but I know that seeing 2 different floor surfaces in a professionally posed photo is unacceptable. At least they could have cropped the photos to cover up the mistake and not let the floor be visible. This gives me the impression that the photographer just didn't care. Additionally, the close up shots of the bride/groom in church included the videographer with camera and the tripod in the background! So ametuerish. I was so disappointed for the newly weds. I hope they didn't pay too much for this sub-par service. All I can say is do your homework. Ask to see samples of the studio's work. Ask to see samples from the actual photographer who will do your event. Check the studio's references. Or even better yet, go to a studio where a trusted friend or family member has recommended. In addition, you should have the studio do a professional engagement photo and see if you are satisfied with their work. Good luck.

the photographer was cool. But God-forbid the pics come out the right color! All pics of purple turned out dark blue!! Purple vests and flowers were blue! And then to receive attitude for not paying on time when all of our families pics that they purchased were the wrong color. My mother-in-laws throw-away camera had the right color! Whatever!!!!!!!!!! I understand stuff happens, but give me a break, wrong color wrong price
Maybe you were just to ugly and that is why it did't come out. Look in the mirror, EEWWWW UGLY UGLY !
