I wonder if Jesse felt that a real bad *** as he beat that child to death? Just another walking pile of crap that the justice system will have to support for 65 years. The report says there was a history of abuse by the thug. Did the mother know and do nothing?

I swear, if my husband and I ever split up (God forbid!) I will never allow a man around my kids! How many "boyfriends" are we hearing about that kill their girlfriends babies? It's heartbreaking. Women need to be choosier when deciding to bring someone into their household.

it has nothing to do with having a boyfriend.Women deserve to move on and have a life too. Its the man that these women choose to date. These women need to learn that you cant bring every man around your kids especially if you only been dating a few weeks. They need to take time to get to know them. The majority of these women dont have good judgement when it comes to this.

Not standing up for this idiot but... the story does not state HE was the cause of the preexisting abuse findings there very well may be a lot more to this story then is being told at this point.

How many fathers have beaten, molested, killed their own? I agree with the other poster it isnt having a man its the choice of man. Many of these women who are found in this situation or similar situations are truely unaware of what their man can do simply because they have either never done this before or have never been caught doing it before. Im sure the mother has questioned herself a million times as to what signs were there, what did she miss, what could/should have she done differently. For all we know this guy was loving caring and possibly was with her through her pregnancy and there was never any idea of this happening. Many people who abuse do not do it in the pretense of murder that is why they are never charged with premeditation many abuse for a self satisfaction factor and wills the child to remain alive for further abuse. Since there seems to be findings that abuse had been occuring someone had to have known something atleast we would think someone would have had to have known.

They can not discuss the out come of their own investigation because these are private cases that can only be viewed by court order. It may very well have been an unsubstantiated case (no findings) it may have still been under investigation (findings but no ruling) we may never know what was the out come of the investigation we will however learn (hopefully) what the pre-existing history of violent abuse was that was found in the autopsy. More then likely it will be of healing ribs, healing fractures of the clavicle or other bones that tend to break or fracture when a child is man-handled like a rag doll. Sadly short of the full extent of the murder charge this guy will maybe do 3 years in prison over this cowardly act IF he is guilty of the charges.

There was 3 people living in that house one is dead and two are still breathing. That child was abuse and everyone knows it. Now you tell me how did that child die? Somebody in that house killed that child! It's either the mom or boyfriend or both. I say both are guilty of this child death! The mom had to know her child was being abuse and if she didn't she should be ashamed of herself. Hello! Is anyone listening! A mother must put her child first before anyone or anything The extended family knew and reported that they supected this child was in danger and no one did anything!I'm sure they would do things different if they knew this would ended this way. Now I think this extended family should stand-up and be heard and be a voice for this sweet child. This happens way too much! My first action would be to sue the very people they reported this too and go to court and when these lowlife people go to court for killing this child they must tell what they knew. Heads should roll on both sides!People if you think a child life is in danger do whatever it takes to be heard stand on your roof top and scream if you must but don't be silent any longer!

I think this is so sad! This poor baby will never grow up because of a stupid mother who put herself before her child! I dont care what anyone says you children come before ANY man! If you think any different than you are just as stupid. Your job as a parent is to protect them first and foremost, and she was probably some insecure young woman who took anything she could get, now she has to live with the guilt! This guy should die in the same way this child did! But he wont, he will sit in jail and watch tv, work out, eat, and we will pay for it all!

This story doesn't really make a whole lot of sense to me. I actually went to school with Jesse and yes he got into a lot of trouble in school, but in my opinion he was just a kid without a dad that wanted some attention. Jesse has a child of his own, a son at that, and from what I have heard was an amazing father. I'm just saying maybe we should hear his story before we go calling this kid the biggest scum bag known to man. I'm not just someone defending an old friend or anything. We weren't close by any means nor did we realy speak often. I'm just saying things don't really add up in my mind.

he is not the only one who has beaten a child to death. cause did u read about the 14month girl who died cause a man beat her with a belt for 1 to 2 hours cause he said she would not eat and disrespected him. and he also hit her pregant mother as well. so he will get what he deserves .

This "animal" that hurt Anthony will get his when he goes to jail. But I want to know why is the mother going scott free. She was there when the abuse was going on. She saw the bruises on Anthony if she ever changed him or gave him a bath. Did she contribute to them? Very likely since she hid them from everyone. If nothing else, don't that make her an accessory? Does having a Daddy in law enforcement save her? I sure hope that does not give her permission to allow a child to die.
