Hi everyone Im Jeff Smith. Iknew her parents when I lived in Stevensville Maryland.
I never had the oppertunitty to meet her...but her husband worked in the concrete business...and they had a bad breakup up...he could hid her almost anywhere...just not sure....Knowing her mother and Father I hope they can find her to bring them peace.
