As the roads get more crowded with more drivers, and cars more cars are being made with bigger and more powerful engines, the government needs to increase the education level it takes to drive a car.
Too many people do not know even the basic rules. And if they do, they rarely follow them. Why? One big reason is police don't give tickets for basic violations. They sit on the interstates and beltway waiting to catch someone speeding. Speeding isn't the only thing that kills. Not signaling, tailgating, and not yielding are just a few things you see every day.

As of Sunday 2 people in the Lexus have died are these deaths preventable how do the parents deal with the deaths of there children these boys have families friends and a had lives until 2 days ago when someone decided to make choices that dramaticly effect so many lives is there a way to help drivers m ake better decisions to stop them from driving at that time of nite Do local bars have proper recorses to stop people from drinking and driving these questions need to be addressed someone needs to be held accountable for all these families but most important things must change no mother father sister brother wife husband aunt uncle needs to feel the lifelong pain beacuse of a wrong choice.

Agreed that speed is not the only factor involved in crashes. It's amazing how many drivers don't understand the 'yield' concept. Who teaches these people to drive? Police should pay more attention to other infractions. Red light running in this area is rampant. It's not just about speed....

Yes I am sure I know both of the boys my daughter knowa them both very well The boy named Angelo was in the one car right and the other car was the Lexas right one boy died on the scene they call him Blassey and Charles died the folowing morning both from harford county my daughter and friends were good friends with both the only thing i could be mistaken about was maybe i had the cars confused.

It's a crying same that an innocent man was killed. Angelo was on the way to get smokes for his girl and ended up died. The bar that served those young boys should be sued!! RIP Angelo You will Be Missed!!!
