Review: Penny's Diner

we love pennys diner and the general manager of the oak tree is the greatest boss anyone could ask for. she supports her staff and her community.
the ice cream desserts are the best. the hamburgers
beat all others in the neighborhood.

Eveything holly said is correct. pennys is a great place to eat and i enjoy there burgers and pancakes.

i can voucher for that i am an employee there my self and its all true i wouldn't trade her in for another boss a lot have changed since she been our gm for 9yrs.as a team our work shows and a 100% improvement

That's good u all have a good diner in town, I can't say that about the diner in melville the food taste like cat shit and the manger is a dog.

This cant be the same Penny's Diner i know b/c i know when me and my family use to go there after church i had to worry more about my kids hearing these filthy mouth women talking about sex the nite b4 getting drunk and how they are sick of this Sue woman. But i guess this was one way to get so free adversting lol. The late nite shift must never do there work b/c the am shift is letting everyone in the place that they are not doing that bit** work as it was put one morning when we were in there. Too funny to think this place has such a horrible vibe as long with the nasty food we got on several different trips. So unless u want a sex ed class rude wait staff and half the time food thats even worse then all that do like we did STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

things has changed for the better and we are sorry for the inconvience but our enviroment has changed a lot how long ago this was and why didnt you report the employee that was on duty that day with the bad talking i am sure if you would of report it to mrs su or the diner manager it would of been taken care the food is excellent and the diner employee its better we don't tolorate this any more we love our customer and too make them feel happy and welcome

You're wrong about the hamburger. I stopped going there when they cut the size of the hamburger last year and still charge the same price.

I'll pay for a "hamburger" IF there is meat in it but not what they now serve!

sorry but the hamburger size has changed the penny's pride burger is 6oz they was 5oz and we also have a monster burger which is 8oz you get all your meals with a drink come back and see for your self before you would only get a burger and fries and no drink it really is a convience for the customer now your meal comes with a drink

come one come all try our new chicken sandwhich with ff and a drink for $6.99 i just had one and it was very very yummy. it is back rubin sandwhich with ff and a drink $6.99.once again thanks

Why should i have said anything Sue would never have done a thing b/c the 1st time i reported it i was assured she would handle it so i statred going back all was ok for 2 Sundays then the same loud mouth nasty talking woman was doing the same thing. So my advise to anyone is stay away and seek better service. I guess if the employees were not trying to talk sex and get a late nite date with every man that stays at the hotel things may be a little different.

You are so right n*ggs is the problem that woman Sue is scared of everone of them. The only time yuou know she is there is when she wobbles to the diner to eat or wobbles outside to smoke. I personal am not talking about the blacks that work there im talking about the people that act like a true n*ggs that can be black or white people.

Ms Business i was thinkingat first it was crappy for u to leave that comment about get a life but i guess everyone gets there opinion as i did so i respect that but i thought you said you were the Asst. GM keep that in mind with those comments. But after i saw you last post i think you should be the GM things would be better b/c i have had u cook for me and my family several times and it was great. We even got one of your Sunday dinner special about 3-4 years ago it was the best ribs and dressing i ever ate and i will say that compared to my cajun cooking mom. I we ever go back i just hope i luck up on a Sunday and get those ribs and rice dressing. God bless you and hope u get that GM spot
