CCISD approves revisions to handbook and code of conduct

By Rebecca Hertz Killeen Daily Herald COPPERAS COVE - A new student handbook and district code of conduct to "promote consistency and streamline the process" was approved at the Copperas Cove ISD Board of Trustees meeting Tuesday evening.

Cove schools are the best in the Centroplex. Don't, repeat, do not, move or enroll your kids in Killeen schools. Cove is a recognized district.

Ratings show that CCISD is doing good. Rick will help the high school improve even more. Many believe he will move into the Supt.'s spot in a couple years. Keep up the good work CCISD

I hope that when Rose retires the Board will consider Rick as her replacement. He is a very sincere person and I feel he would fit in real well. A hard working Christian Gentleman.

Mrs. Cameron is only about 50 years of age so I would guess that she will stay on the job a few more years. I too would like to see Rick promoted to that job when the time comes. I find him to be a caring person.
