Roscoe Village Board disagrees on reducing lot sizes

“If you want to reduce demand for rental property you have to have smaller lots available.”

The village board is considering reducing the minimum lot sizes from the 110-by-125-foot requirement to an 80-by-125-foot requirement. via Beloit Daily News
