I received a ticket for a tinted window by roscoe pd and when i went to pay it it was shift change and all the police officers personal cars have tinted windows on them. Is it fair that they get to break the law because they are officers. I think not. I am getting a petition started and submitted to springfield in reguards to this. will be going around door to door so please sign
