today was a horrible day in court. My mother is fighting me for visitation of my daughter. I had an order of protection in place because I came to find out while my daughter was in her custody she was abusing her. Cps found the case against my mother was founded. Today the judge decides to vacate the order. Can you believe that! with a proven cps case against her they dropped our order of protection. There has been so many illegal and shady things going on with this case. my mother wanted my daughter attorney changed and it was. My disabled husband is not allowed to live with us for no reason my mother doesnt like him, she never met him and cps cleared him as not being a danger to my daughter. I feel she has connections at the court and they are giving her more rights then my daughter and myself. Meanwhile during the kangaroo trial in Suffolf before judge sweeney(irish piece of shit)I had another child born out of state which I still have today. She never gets to see her other siblings. Judge Freundlich is a biased racist and has no regard for the law or amendments I currently have been writing to the governor about the issue and I will not give up my son is 3 and I have been in front of judge Freundlich for 2.5 years and they just keep pushing the goal further and further oh and the " forensic eval " with dr.burkhard is illegal against our 5th amendment and is a railroad scam to take your child from you!! I thought prejudice against a handicapped person and bullying was considered unacceptable in Suffolk County Government. If so, family court Judge Freudlich is guilty of mis-conduct on both fronts! He deliberately refused to accept medical evidence about my grandson as to why his urine came up positive for 'Benzos' He is BI-POLAR and has a Dr.'s authorization, script, and statement that he is being treated for this disorder and has been for 5 years. When his mother tried to give the judge the documents she was told "one more word from you and I will have his 1 1/2 year-old daughter taken from your (his mom) care and placed into FOSTER CARE. He then told him he could not see or visit his child! Some help me. How do we fight this? I could go on forever about the abuses of CPS. They apparently do not ever have a childs welfare at stake!!
