Fears over Attica water contamination

Two Attica families filed a class action lawsuit against Kraft Global Foods. The lawsuit alleges the company knew about hazardous cancer-causing chemicals dumped from its RMC property formerly owned by P.R. Mallory and Company.

We moved into this house at 418 West Street.
figured we live the rest of out lives here.
We moved from Williamsport were we had a
larger house. We are both disabled so we
wanted a smaller house to take care of.
We put a lot of money in it so far, and
planed on putting more money in it.
Then in December of 2008 and found out
that are property and home was contaminated.
Big surprise! Now our home is worthless like
the other houses around us are. We are really
mad like the other people here in this area
are. Just wanted to give my two cents to some
one who really is in the same boat with us.
Hope we have good luck on this law suit, we all
deserve it.

501 6th St. They are saying my home is worthless to. This CRA that does the testing for Krafts came in and tested here.They have not been testing any more homes lately. There are more homes that need tested. They have found it in the water so all most every home in Attica is worthless. I think that we are going to need more then luck with this Collins handling this.
