Ever wonder why your tech is always in a bad mood. He is treated unfairly in the work place. Under paid, over worked. For a $70 billion dollar company they don't even pay there employees good. Also if the techs wanna go union, management will fire techs that say yes to a union. Comcast is a cruel place to work for, also, if you don't kiss ass you can't move up in the company. Even if your the right guy for the job. It's a joke

The customers are not the problem.. As a tech we love the customers, and do what ever we can to not charge them. Comcast wants us to charge them, they over work us, under pay us, we work 12-15 hours a day, can't put our kids to bed.. Go home at 10pm, can't eat because your to tired to do so..

As a former dispatch supervisor. I understand this post. The techs for Comcast have it extremely rough and nobody cares about them. These technician's that are good, do everything they can to help the customer out and they get sh*t on. So who ever posted this, I feel you. People are not gonna understand the post. But work for Comcast and you will. We in dispatch were told by tech-ops management to route certain technician's in certain areas because the management did not like certain techs. It's horrible. I'm glad I moved on. I feel for the techs at Comcast.
