My daughter, a student at Adams state until recently remarked about a certain police officer that was implicated in several sexual harrassment issues, I wonder if this was that very same person..

I knew Brian back in early 1990's and I can honestly say it doesn't surprise me one bit that he did this. He was seeking out girl's attention all time it seemed like...always flirting and just his personality made me always think twice about him and never trusted a word he said. My heart goes out to the girl and her family. Hopefully this will make people more aware of this.

I disagree. An adult is responsible for telling a minor NO when it comes to sex. And, a cop has a position of authority, therefore he doubly responsible for telling a minor NO.
If he is guilty of having sex, with a minor, I hope he is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Here is a little info that most don't know. The 15 year old stated that she was 17, she took the pictures of herself and sent them out to more than 160 different guys. The case would have been closed by now if it wasn't for the dumbass Detective from Colorado Springs that decided that he would handle this out of his Jurisdiction. The evidence was corrupted and the entire facts of the case were never disclosed until now. When you put an Officer undercover and he deals with dirtbags for more than a year EVERYDAY, he/she will make a stupid mistake. They take chances everyday when dealing with the dirtbags, and eventually lead a lifestyle that is risky. I just wish that Departments would make these Officers see counselors while they are under cover to avoid things like this. And to answer your question, yes I am involved in this case.

He may have been under a lot of stress but this still doesn't make what he did right. A lot of people have stressful jobs and it is not ok for them to take advantage of young naive children.

I have no idea what the truth is here, but to what "MolWagz" said: I too knew Brian in the 90's, also the 80's. I knew his family. I even know who you are, and know that I knew Brian a lot better than you did. Bad things happen. Maybe not getting along with him in high school isn't such a good reason to post on this, you know? I hope that you never find yourself in an odd or bad place and have people you barely knew in high school saying that they are not at all "surprised".
