Does not surprise me at all. Im sure there will be other liberties discovered as the budget gets reviewed in detail. The one thing I did notice was the lack of income. Where are the development projects and the taxes they bring? What is holding up the waterfront development? Are those grants soon to expire? TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK,

page 16 of his budget shows the $6,000 foosball tables at pinti field and page 17 shows the $5,000 air hockey table at the area.
also interesting is the mayor's office budget on page 23 shows that he's budgeting almost $15,000 more for salaries and wages in 2014 than in 2013. what the fucko.
the other thing making me laugh is overtime in the mayor's office for 2012 was $570. for employees that are salaried, there should not be any overtime.

You folks act surprised at this. There is no surprise to find his newly hired friends will keep their jobs along with raises. It is also no surprise that he went back on his word to the Rescue Mission to help them out. Did anyone really believe he was going to follow through with the money he promised. No, but he sure as hell made sure Zandy gets her money to buy her houses with CDBG money, and the taxpayers are footing the bill for the demo. You want Foosball, and Air Hockey tables then go to the Salvation Army Thrift Store there a quit a few of them there for 10 bucks a piece. This guy is a freaking joke and so is his so called budget. He won't spend the money to up grade the skate park but he will spend money on game tables. When is the council and you idiots who wanted this moron in office going to do something about it?

New windows for Franklyn Field clubhouse? Why? The building is closed in the winter, and there is no A/C in the summer. The doors are usually open during the summer. Why should we spend money on new energy efficient windows there? Seems pointless.
