I don't know who was working there. My kid's father went in to pick it up. I hope they only sold one antipasto today and one of their employees reads this so they know exactly who I am! I am praying I don't get food poisoning. How can you do this to someone you jerks! You should have just left the salami out! I will never eat there again and I will be telling everyone I know what kind of establishment they are running over there.
now stop with that

You are right, I should not expect anything on here to be serious.

As for calling there- really think about that. What good would it do? I don't want more food! They know it was rotten. Calling them to complain won't save anyone else from their disgusting, contaminated, rotten food. At least posting it here will inform some people about how disgusting they are and may save them from getting food poisoning.

For the record I am not complaining, this is a public service announcement intended to save someone, anyone, even if just one person, from becoming deathly ill after eating at that sewer hole.

Ok thank you for the warning. Now just call there and say you think the salami was bad and to please check it! It's simple! Well you're not dead or in the hospital so stop saying it's food poisoning. You just sound like a drama queen, you're just not making rational choices on how to to handle this. It just sounds like sour grapes.

It hasn't been long enough for me to feel sick yet. I literally got the food, took two bites, the salami was bad and I posted this. I never said I have food poisoning. Food poisoning is a real possibility though when people eat rotten food. Do a little research. These people served rotten food. Period. The person who prepared it knows the salami was rotten. Period. I don't "think" it was bad, I KNOW it was.
Why don't you go down there and order an
antipasto then if I am just being dramatic?

So it wasn't bad enough for you to take TWO bites, but you know ten seconds after eating it that it was bad? Look, it's possible but this seems a bit questionable. I eat there consistently, and they are very good.(Insert fat joke) Not perfect, as the guy who works on weekends answering the phone is terrible, but they try hard and are usually good. The owners are another story, but it is always a tight rope.

The first bite did not have salami in it. The second did. The instant I bit the salami I knew it was rotten. I then inspected the other pieces of salami. It was rotten. R O T T E N.

Why don't you go order some?

It really is a shame, I eat (not anymore!) there quite frequently, I think they have decent pizza and I have always liked whatever I got. I will not eat there anymore though!

I hope you get some rotten salami from there so you will know I am not being dramatic. Like I said, go down there and order some, you can see for yourself.

well I've got some nice hard salami for you to try. The most primest, hardest longest stick selected just for you. And when your done trying it, you can wash it down with a nice warm protein shake. And I'll charge you less than boys did for trying the primest, hardest, longest stick of salam. Protein shake is free if you keep it all in and smile. Taxes and additional fees may apply.

We stopped eating there about two years ago...a big long black hair cooked into the cheese on an overpriced pizza will do that to a person.

have you ever had food poison? I have.
its not fun sitting on a gurney in the er while you puke for 7 hours and nothing comes up anymore.
Oh by the way, that bite you took could potentially make you sick if not kill you, learn the laws. Food poison, if you die, can cost 6 million dollars and up to your family from the places insurance company, and if you just got violently ill without dying, well, with the right lawyer, it is worth 5 - 15 grand. I should know.
why sue? because it sends a clear message to the owners to clean up their act or get out of the business on their own or by being shut down.
The food industry mostly serves the public and are held to a high standard which includes but is not limited to hygiene, quality, freshness, cleanliness etc.
If you bite into rotten food, you need to let them know they must clean up their act. I would never keep quiet about it, what if a loved one or family member didn't know and goes to by a salami sandwich? then dies? oh well, lets post it on topix.
Always get a receipt when you order out too, then you have proof you bought rotten food from where ever.
Im not saying everyone should go out and sue, im just saying if you got sick, then you should.

oh, and you can file a complaint with city hall inspectors who have to go in by surprise visit and if they get caught they shut them down till they clean everything up. so for you to not call them and tell them you got rotten food and a refund, well, you must be rich or don't know you have rights.
