Not for nothing but being towed behind a SUV on a snowmobile is not legal when it is done on public roads. Let alone it is not the brightest idea in the world.
So if he went into your lane why wasn't the SUV hit first? Think about that and come back with a answer for me.
Your disregard for safety does not make the other person guilty. Even if by some odd chance this person did swerve into your lane and hit you, how does your ignorance make him guilty.

What a F'N moron!!!! The snowmobile trails are not open to start with so there is no reason at all why this dipshit should have been off of his own private property with his snowmobile. Also there was only what 2 inches of snow on the ground? Nice way to trash your sled retard!!! And last time I checked Oswego Rd wasn't a designated snowmobile trail. I hope almost getting killed was worth it. Maybe the next time we get a inch of snow you won't be so eager to blow your wad and hop on your sled.
