The absolute worst service I have ever had in my life. They nearly killed my dog by giving him the wrong medication I had to bring him to Oneida to another vet. Please stay away the lady Ramona is an absolute a hole has no idea how to treat customers it's sad

When he first opened I had heard they were good, so I went there to have my cats cared for. For the first few visits everything was good. They had a good staff and when I went in the last time everyone was different. From what I heard later ever since his wife has got involved the place went to hell, and people were quitting every other week. Like I mentioned my last time was total hell. The wife was yelling, and going off on everyone. I saw one employee grab her coat and walked out. This lady was going off on everyone for apparently for something she did. Thats why the girl walked out. That poor girl was in tears when she left. I got so nervous the way she was acting I left. I found another place and they are great. If you have cats go to Paris Hill. Its a drive from Rome but if you take the back way through Clinton its a whole lot quicker, and the care is worth the drive. The staff is great.

I brought my pet rabbit there because he was having a hard time walking. The vet tech said he was fine and gave him arthritis medication since he's 13. The vet tech didn't even touch him, then said she never worked with rabbits. I left, the bunny seemed to get better. A couple months ago my rabbit was having difficulty moving and breathing, so I found a rabbit specialist at beaver meadows in Barneveld. The vet said he had heart disease, and that was why earlier in the year he was having a hard time walking. Sadly I had to put him to sleep that same day. If it were Greystone they would have sent him home yo come back for another appointment to put him down. Greystone doesnt care about the animals, only the $$

I think Dr. Falk is a very good vet. They certainly don't keep help there for long though. Everytime I go there are new people.

I used to bring my pets there. Dr. Faulk was great. But I too had an incident with Ramona a few years ago. After my cat's 3rd visit in 1 week, I ended up being $16 short for that visit. I promised to bring it in within 4 days, was between checks. Ramona accused me of never paying. I went back that afternoon with a stack of receipts showing that I had paid over $1800 in the last 9 months. She screamed at me, that they weren't real, & that they didn't want "my kind of people" in there. I went back 3 days later to pay the $16, & had to look for a new vet in a hurry, as my cat was still quite ill. From the comments here, it sounds like she hasn't changed much.

BBB is a joke. anybody can join and if you have a bunch of complaints against your business you can have them wiped out instantly and completely for a fee. it's such a scam. i remember seeing "mr. lister" (an ebay sales joint) rated as top notch when they were going bankrupt, closing stores, and not returning customers merch or paying their share of sales. I'm just saying don't be falsely influenced when they say they're members of the BBB. It means nothing.
