Business owners, landlords...yeah the people who own where a person lives and how much money they make ARE JUST AS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THEIR HOUSES AND MONEY THEY MAKE FOR HOW THEY LIVE. CANT JUST BLAME THE COMMUNITY OR PEOPLE WHEN those type of people are responsible for how people live. Landlords and business owners are part of the community!

Actually,I grew up in a neighborhood of mostly old polish people with a few old Italians mixed in. As they all started to die off the neighborhood went down hill quickly.

Rome rentals are no different than other cities. Some folks simply walk away from a mortgage and just rent it out to keep the payments going and find a cheaper place to live. That is a rather smart scenario to save your credit. However, Rome like other areas around here are no longer appealing to a lot of people, especially young adults. They are graduating college and moving to big Cities where there is better money.
If their parents leave them a house, they sell it cheap to buy a house else where.
Now instead of crying about renters, invest in your city to keep your property value high. Then you can rent out of range for those as you call "scum bags".
But being a civil person, I say if someone can afford it live where they live, leave them alone and let them live. How much money are you charging for the rent they take up in your head? Let it be.
If you want to carry on like a person with severe discrimination issues, then have some class and do it legally. There are nuisance reports to fill out, policemen to call etc.

Well mother of the year apparently got a visit from CPS today. She posted it on Facebook with her smartphone. Nice she has a smart phone when she doesn't work and is pregnant for the 7th time. Yes that's right 7 pregnancies. That's 4 full term,2 miscarriages and one due in January. Best part is that she is blaming me. She let her 4 year old go swimming in the back yard while she was visiting on the front porch. Just him and a younger child in the pool with no one else even in the yard. I didn't have to call CPS. I let his father know. Obviously,it was not me I have been defending her all this time. The other neighbors have been complaining about the lack of supervision all summer. I even gave her a heads up and showed her the posts about her. You would think she would have smartened up after that but no she didn't. Don't blame others because YOU are a bad parent.

Now that you kicked DJ out,you have no one to bring you to the store. It is not going to be me. Why should I bring you to the store so you can take 2 hours shopping and complaining the whole time that they cut your food stamps from $600+ to $400+ a month because they over paid you. I work my azz off to pay my bills and buy my groceries. Then you have the nerve to put on facebook that at least your kids have food? What a piece of sht you are. My kid does not go hungry. Maybe we don't have all the food you have but we have food. My taxes bought that food for your kids and by the looks of it YOU eat it ALL you fat cow! Plus I guess I am not getting my $10 back that you borrowed. Oh well no big loss. Who you going to get to bring you to the hospital all the time you fcking hypocondriac.

I lent her $9 because her boyfriend had no gas to get her to her baby doctor appt. $9 is what I had in my pocket at the moment. Then she asked me to go to rite aid to get her meds. That cost $1. I don't care about the money. I would have given it to a total stranger to help an unborn child or any child for that matter.

Look you need to stop talking about me. I can't help it I like sex. I have another guy coming tomorrow to stay for a while. That is why I had to get rid of DJ. I was not worried about getting caught frauding welfare. I have been doing it off and on for years. When I get caught I just move to another county. That's why I left Syracuse. Plus I like the big black dicks better. This baby I am having is going to be chocolate like my third child. She is happy that she will not be the only oreo in the house. Anyone looking for a good fat cow, come over. I am spread and ready and you don't have to worry about me getting pregnant because I am already.

Not to be mean but that is what you get for helping a scum bag. If she wanted to better hersel. She would have done so already instead of popping out more kids. Sorry she took advantage of you but chalk it up as a lesson learned.

I really don't care about the money. When I lend money I never really expect to get it back. My memory is bad due to low iron and lack of proper sleep so I generally forget that I lent money out. I know that is bad but I never lend what I can't afford.

My anger comes from her accusing me of calling CPS and putting it on facebook then when I tried to defend myself she blocked me. Plus she accused me of being a bad mother. She had the nerve to say that I have no food for my kid. I have food, just not all kinds of free junk food that she gets with everyone's tax dollars. I had to tell my son to stop giving our food to her kids. They would come over and he would be feeding them all day while I am working because she is too lazy. I told him to go to their house and cook them something if they are hungry.
