Hello! You live in the outside district. Your not entitled with your outside distric tax rate to garbage service or dumping for free at city yard. Its always been pay per bag, just never enforced by the old boys club. Pay up sucker, or call hawkins.

Thats the trade off for having an outside district tax rate. People in the outside tax district pay a lesser rate in taxes because we don't get the full services of the city, and it has always been that way. We are lucky in a way that Fusco does not close the transfer station altogether. Then we would be force to drop off the trash in Marcy or pay a private contractor to haul it away for you, and the city would lose the money it collects for trash bags or dropping off your trash. We have always had to pay for dropping off our trash at the city yard. You can go and buy a trash contract with a private hauler if you want but, its cheaper to drop off the trash at the yards. We don't get water, sewer, or Rome PD, but we do get fire services depending where you live. All of that is true, but again thats is why our tax rate is lower. I would love to have city water, and I really hope that before they go selling it to someone else outside of Rome that they take care of the people in the outside district. I woould pay a higher rate if I got city water, but it would be worth it. So stop your complaining and just drop your trash off and be thankful we are not having to truck it to Marcy.

You can live in the city limits, and still not get water, and sewer. Apparently you live in the City of Rome but be in the outer district which some do not have water or sewer. Do you realize how big Rome is? Apparently not. Like the other person said we pay a lower tax based on the fact we do not get those service. I am glad we don't get RPD. I would rather have the state police or the sheriff's come out. At least they do their job. The RPD is too busy sucking down doughnuts with Fucko to do anyone any good.

As much as I would like to, I have to much respect for the neighbors to do that. Its bad enough they are going to have their neighborhood invaded by him anyway. Just think if Garrett and him were still friends. Garrett could put that toilet he has in front of his place in front of Joe's. He could make it a planters for him that should dress up the neighborhood.

Ohoo it was a big no no for Brown to spend on flowers, but it ok for Joey boy to do it. Guess he will send his boys to steal the flowers from Lowes and pocket the money.
