I think this was the BEST school in Rome.. Even if they brought it back, it would not be the same since all of the teachers are dead or retired.... Man I miss those days...

There used to be a teacher there named Ms. Pennington. She was only 23 at the time and only taught for one year. She was very attractive and my friends and I were obsessed with her.

The kickball games were awesome. We use to play like it was religion. The younger versions of ourselves would probably kick our ass's! There was something about that school. When I drive by it today, I can still remember where my sixth grade window is, now covered by those pieces of metal. A lot of good memories from that school.

Ms. Lewis, Ms. Hurley, Ms. Foster, Ms. Groman, Ms. Rosenburgh, Ms. Fowler and Mr. Flieshman... Buger Boehlert, lol - I liked his class. Flieshman had deadly aim with those damn blackboard erasers. 8 time citizen of the month, lol

The third street school is now apartments. I am too young to remember the school but my first apartment was there. Good times....
