i bought a van from him and after i was able to look it over a little better i noticed that it has duct tape on the under carriage i brought this to his attention and his statement to me is that he did not do it nor knew anything about it would not fix it or anything the van runs so far great but i wish that he would have done something to fix the van. i told him that i was going to get another vehicle in march and if i was pleased i would buy from him again.... i guess he did not want my business

Did they do a nys inspection on your vehicle? If they did it would be pretty hard to miss duct tape on the under carriage. Depending on where the tape was used, you may not have a valid nys inspection. I would let another nys inspection station look at it. I also had bad luck with a car purchase from this business. Good luck.

Inspections dont have to be done properly, other than the computer part. Safety, they can overlook. They likely never even put it on a lift. So he may have told the truth that he never seen it, but wow does that make a place look bad you dont even look your cars over top to bottom before you sell them. I know.... most dont anymore.

They are Money hungry over there the guy Dominick gets your money and that's the end of that he pretty much don't give a crap if your car breakdowns, I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this guy, I had to learn the hard way but I had no knowledge on Crystal Motors when I moved to Rome i should have done my research shame on me, it seemed like he was a respectful guy with decent cars on his lot come to find out after a few month of buying the car I had transmission problems (what a nightmare) The guy never attempted to help not even a little bit I'm not saying he owed it to me to fix my tranny but he could have fixed it for me and been just a tadbit nice and gave me a discount on the price...Stay Away I repeat STAY AWAY!

if you bring your car to get fixed, they will tell you something else is wrong!!!! go in for an oil change and they said, your car won't start, so I put in a used starter I had here, I'll only charge you for labor . FUCKING scam artist!! THEY took advantage of me because I was young!

ABsolutely the most unprofessional place that sales vehicles in Rome. I would have imagined that this man would have tried to make a decent deals with clients and get some of the pathetic inventory off his lot.... I do not know why, with the given economy, that he would sit on mileage on these vehicles and attempt to pass them off as decent products....
I would like to hear others who have had business with this person, I am fully aware that not all of it is bad...I hope.....
I bought a Car from Crystal Motors, drove it to Syracuse after signing the papers, realized the muffler was blown, called Dick Sr.up and He had me take it straight to monroe and get it fixed and told me to have them send Him the Bill, that car lasted me 8yrs! I'd do business with them again, was a great experience for me!
