This dealership is GARBAGE! I bought a vehicle from here and the day I brought it home there was an antifreeze smell come to find out the overflow was empty my car was not cleaned detailed or serviced before picking it up. Also after bringing the car back the following day they had to replace an AXLE SHAFT. Sounds like someone didn't do their 200 point service inspection?!? I have had nothing but problems. Tried to trade or return the car. They were so rude and mean and did not want any part in taking the car and helping me. They said they were going to have the car impounded if I left it there at the dealership and said that it would be a voluntary repossession. Today has been exactly 30 days since I have signed my contract and out of the 30 days I have had it 1 maybe 1 1/2 weeks total. It is there now having the entire ENGINE replaced. Already.... I have no words for these people. just plain disgusted and un-satisfied. After my warranty runs out I will pay on it for a year after and will be trading my vehicle in to another dealership and finding service elsewhere! I can't believe the way I have been treated since I have signed the contract. I really was suckered into a vehicle and promised all of these things that no one can own up to and keep their word on. Its just terrible. My 1st vehicle purchase and its the worst experience ever.

I have always had good luck there. My husband bought his last 2 cars there but they were brand new so never had any problems with them. If you are so dissatisfied you should call Chrysler and report the dealership. Tell them how dissatisfied you were. Look up the corporat office on the web . Call or email them. I bet that would help a lot. Did you talk to the owner , Mr. Uvanni himself? He's a real nice guy. I would be surprised that he didn't help you. I bought my car at NYE.... I love it there!!! I don't think I would go anywhere else for my cars. My husband prefers to keep business in Rome ... I on the other hand will go where I can find a good deal and a Toyota.

My car still runs great and I got it from Victory. Some of the workers are brainless but if you just get around them the service is good. I plan on buying my daughter's car there at the beginning of the year because I trust them and they've never done me wrong. Check them out for yourself because people on here will bash anything just to be a jerk.

Absolutely not! There is no respect for buyers. Total crap service. I would never buy another goddamn thing from Paul uvanni. He is a worthless pile of donkey shit.
You bought somthing from a uvanni, might as well bought a vehicle from that guy down on the corner of blvd and the road to erie canal village, i thought people knew to stay away from these business by now, i'm sure surprised these places are even open. Oh if you bought a vehicle from Uvanii's go get a car fax and i bet most of them have accidents or serious problems with their vehicles they buy for cheap then fix them cheap and then sell them. Even my dumbazz friend bought a truck their that was totaled and still look's totalled on the right hand side. Thats their business and how they make money. Buy ruined junk vehicles and fix them cheaply and sell them. You bought a vehicle from them, you derserve it because your a dumbazz

I agree. Our truck has been having issues one after the other since we bought it over a year from them. I brought it to another auto mechanic , told me this truck was in a accident. Never go there again to purchase a vehicle.

No problems with my vehicle at all. Still take the vehicle back to the dealer for repairs, oil changes, inspections and get quality service. Hubby and I are very pleased.

I also bought a vehicle back in 92. I've never gone back to them and tell everyone I can not to go there. Tell everyone you know, do not keep it to yourself. If more people did that they would get the reputation they really deserve.
