Must be someone read or heard the news about Johnson City and now wants to bash Rome also huh? Well I actually say good but instead of bashing them try boycotting them. They are just a puppy mill anyways.

Support your LOCALLY OWNED pet stores.

LOL! They have someone in-store 24/7 watching over the animals and making sure they are fed, watered, and well taken care of. Can you please name a single LOCALLY OWNED pet store that goes to such lengths to maintain a healthy and engaging environment? I go into the LOCALLY OWNED pet stores and they smell, are not lit well, have cracked tiles on the floor, missing ceiling tiles, stains everywhere and the animals do not look like they have seen a bath in weeks. Pet Depot .. a Puppy Mill? LOL! Far From it!

Truth Be Told
Then why do 90% of all their puppies have the same breeder ? They had 5 different breeds all by the same breeder. Not to mention they lie about vet checks and other health issues.

PS. WHO SAID ANYTHING ABOUT PUPPY MILL ?
IM GUESSING YOUR EMPLOYEE X.....
DOES IT MAKE YOU SLEEP BETTER AT NIGHT IF YOU BELIEVE THE LIES YOU TELL ?
THE PLACE CAN LOOK GOOD BUT IT DOESN'T MEAN ITS A GOOD PLACE.
LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING
LACK OF VET CARE , AND OVER ALL HEALTHY HYGIENE CAN MAKE A REAL BAD PLACE.

Never heard of a problem here. There was one in Sangertown that was closed because of issues, but nothing in Rome.

They have way more than kennel cough. Nobody there take responsibility for anything. All lies no matter what. To bad its all about the money and not the health & happiness and wellness of the puppies. They are the ones suffering. It is a sad situation when employees look over their shoulder when they want to tell you something.

I have bought 2 puppys from there 1 pure bread 1 not ..... Perfect puppys and now they are fantastic family dogs never a single problem w/ Eather of them ..... The only problem I do have w/ any of it is that I think that they are over priced for a dog that is not pure . As far as them not being taken care of is not true @ all my husband and myself to in there 2 times a week for dog food and once a month for grooming . Every employee we have ever come across in there is great w/ the puppys . They are no different than any other business that is trying to stay in business. Remember that is not the employees that get these animal's from these breeders it is the company . As far as there being sick animal's there!!!!!!
That is in every pet store ! I bought a sick cat from an animal shelter 4 years ago . So its every where pet stores shelters ext..... That's what you are there for to give a animal a better life a good life no matter what the price or cost .

I absolutely agree, however its nice to start off with honesty when it comes to a puppy you are about to make a part of your family. Not lies and betrayal to cover up the fact the dog is sick and you deceive people by hiding the fact there wasn't a vet check .If you pay the price at least you want to get what you pay for.AND ITS CRUEL TO THE PUP TO LET IT SUFFER. IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY

Not in the least, but it doesn't change the fact that money makes the world go 'round.

Pet Depot is a puppy mill dealer. Do not do business with pet stores when it comes to dogs. Go to a rescue or shelter. If you want a specific pure bred dog, then contact the specific rescue for that breed.Every breed has rescues in every state pretty much. I've seen mixed breed dogs(mutts) sold for $800 to $1000. Ask them if they know what actually qualifies a dog to be a "Schnoodle" or "Puggle". It isn't breeding a Schnauzer and a Poodle or a Pug and a Beagle- that's a mutt. Nothing wrong with mutts, just no need to support these places selling mutts at purebred prices. You're supporting animal exploitation every time you spend money there. I don't care if someone is there over night. Those dogs are in cages wayyyy too much. Pets Stores are garbage and support cruelty to animals.

LOL! Ignorance is Bliss .. Walk in Pet Depot .. Take a Whiff, Look Around .. Now Visit the Humane Society. Pet Depot is bright and clean. The Humane is Dark, Mildew stained, and smells of dog urine. And yes, My Sister Owns a Schnoodle and YES it was bred by a father that is a schnauzer and a mother that is a poodle. A mutt is defined as an animal bred from unknown origins.
