Really? because I have a great house that costs less to rent than most apartments, a solid FT jobs w/ Benefits, close proximity to my hunting and snowmobiling grounds, family not too far away in the country, and some fun local community arts and activities to participate in, and with the cost of living expenses I save $ from I use for weekend vacations.
Why do you think your lives are filled with so much sadness and hatred? Is it inherited?
Cheerleader, You seem to spread plenty of hate and negativity. Learn to recognize what works and what doesn't, open your eyes to successes and failures. Enjoy the good but admit when something has had it's day. The home show has been circling the drain increasingly the past few years. Time to move on to something else. 2 exhibitors I know say they're through. Can't blame them a bit.

awe boo hoo, he's upset about the draw and numbers. What have you ever put on for the benefit of others aside from create an anonymous moniker to spew hate behind? Have you ever participated in a local event or show so others could enjoy themselves because you volunteered? most likely not. Have you had your community applaud you after entertaining them? Have you represented your community or local business on a sponsored team? Have you ever been to any board meeting locally? If the answer is no to the above, then it's no wonder your life is a pathetic day of trolling topix to try and spark more hate.
Not upset and I bear no hatred... unlike you....and YES to all of your snide questions. I've done all of those things which is in part why I recognize when an event has lost it's luster. I deal in realities. You're just in blind attack mode. Research previous years attendance at the Home Show. I don't have to as I was directly involved at a time when it WAS successful. 1500 would've have been a slow Fri evening but they cut out the Friday. Why? A" successful" Home Show would report 5000+. You're and angry clueless dolt. I don't hate you for it. You obviously can't help it. Poor baby.

Kudos to you. Unfortunately some of us were living your near perfect life, when our jobs were out sourced or eliminated at a time when every place nation wide were cutting jobs. There was know were decent hiring. Forced to take the same job for half the pay no benefits or chance to move up. Unemployment ,or back to school accumulating more debt? I struggle every day to get back to were I was, working 2 jobs and still no benefits. So the hatred and negativity ? Well look around there is nothing here, not to mention the attitudes and snears from those who were spared a job loss or hard times due to the economy. It could still happen to you but god forbid it does wouldn't wish this life on my worst enemy.

I thought the 1500 head count was kind of low too. They really should have had it on Friday night too. It's to bad. I hope it continues. Get some new blood in on the planning board maybe. P.S. I Love Rome, NY!
