Ashley and Wendy... would you still be defending him if he killed a family? Yes it was an accident but he still killed someone and he is an adult and fully deserves to do the time for it. If it was anyone else wouldn't you expect them to do time for it?

Drinking and driving kills, but most "cool people" do it. Drinking is bad and if the death of a drunk is the result, who cares? The dead kid knew that driver was drunk, its his own fault. Its the innocent people who don't deserve to be killed by a drunken loser....

If you need alcohal to enjoy life, reconsider life.

Anyone that regularly drinks and drives, choosing to break the law and expose their naked drunken arrogance on the public highways, deserves no mercy. Habitual drunk drivers are classified the same way as sex offenders by the New York State Prison system, predators on society.
Furthermore, knowing that driving drunk raises the risk of accident, to purposely spend all your money going out partying instead of investing in good snow tires and paying close attention to road conditions is just wrong. Notice Stephen's last Facebook post is a mobile text saying that he's fighting with cops on the same night of the crash. What's that about?

Now excuse me, I must be going. Practice Makes Perfect.

I can honestly say I don't care if its my family or not. I wouldn't defend them if they knew they shouldn't have been driving and killed someone its their fault and they deserve to do the time for it. If he hadn't been drinking it probably wouldn't have happened. He is an adult and he made a dumb choice to get behind the wheel intoxicated.

You said a mouthful.

"Intoxicated" is a slippery concept. Some of us are born different. The Law is an arbitrary fiction perpetrated by control freaks & The Powers That Be.

It's not reason, it's not logic, it's force... or something like that. No time for philosophizing now, I'm late for an Interstate WolfPack.

He wrote that in the back of the state police car. Instead of worrying about CJ his punk ass wrote that. Real cool kid. He will get 7 to 15. Maybe he will learn, maybe not.

And get a load of his dozen admirers that cheer him on by 'LIKING" what he just wrote, while CJ's crushed carcass lay mashed up by bent metal:
Brittany Jean Fitsimmons
Malloury Fitsimmons
Josh Hellinger
Corey Robbins
Tyler Larkin
Tom Fletcher
John Barnaby
Robby Platt
Kyle Platt
Trish Okusko
Tom Albright
Kaylee Rose Chihocki

These dirty dozen cheerleaders for a drunken fool, encouraging his degeneracy, reveling in his alcoholism, contributing to his delinquency. They should all get a year each in County Jail for their Facebook participation in drunk driving crime!

Looking at country music videos sure does promote a lot of drankin, truck drivin craziness. Bad mix on the road. Quite a few local good ole boys bit the dust that way. Its a true shame.
