Tony Abone was suspended for 6 months for improperly handling clients money in escrow. He is the reason for low property values because he sells them low for a quick buck. A pain to work with also. Try M&D or ERA Mark I. You have to be careful as far as who you pick to sell a house. If trying to buy, don't let them sucker you into signing a contract to look for you for 30 to 90 days. You can also tell an agent you won't pay the 7% fee when buying a house. That is the standard for residential properties. They nail you for 10% for commercial. I recommend driving around an area and looking for the for sale by owner. Make sure before you buy it that you have a good lawyer to represent you and do all inspections.
