You post sounds like you been a total failure in life. Hence everyone is a fool for not following your get the man plan, are you really so blind as not to see this is just a new twist on the same old pyramid scam. Your like a cigarette fire on one end ans a fool on the other.ROI Unlimited Pyramid Scam Think Before You Assume
The Moral Of The Story is FOUR FOLD:
1. THINK before you ASSume.
2. Real Companies and Legitimate Programs
will defend themselves in legitimate ways.
3. Sometimes the very people accusing others
are actually the ones “breaking laws” and acting
illegally = Libel and Slander are against the law,
unethical and immoral. That’s biblical too.
4. The Network Marketing Industry is bulging
with millions of people and is GROWING while
old “status quo” models are deflated and struggling
to stay alive… NETWORK MARKETING ROCKS! Period.
The “status quo” work like a slave, clock in and clock
out for 40 years then die of a stress induced heart attack
WITHOUT your kids knowing who you really are… THAT
pyramid scam has been PROVEN to NOT WORK time and
time again… so… change your mindset… or start taking
some aspirin and therapy and prozac…
Ok… here’s the juicy story…
ROI Unlimited Update Email from
Corporate Headquarters to the field…
Quick heads up to our 10,000 plus members.
WOW, that sounds sweet!
We’re having an issue with a small Bank in upstate
New York called Oneida Savings Bank. They’re right
dead center in the middle of the 315 area code which
is our Massive Power House Group!
Recently their bank posted to their tellers,
managers and officers that ROI was an “illegal
They were having their tellers tell our members
that were cashing their commission checks that
we were a scam.
Our attorney took immediate action and sent
them a Cease and Desist letter on 5/4/11.
We here at ROI Unlimited know, beyond a shadow
of a doubt, that we are 100% Legal and we will
protect this company and our members to the full extent.
We are here to stay… PERIOD!
Make sure you’re on tonights company update call!
It’s perfectly legal to have and express your
own opinion. No debate.
Just be careful “how” you express it.
There is a slim line between expressing
your opinion… and slandering or libeling
another entity… which is “actionable” and
illegal, unethical and immoral.
I love network marketing and the freedom
it can bring… sure beats working for “suits”
like those dopes at Oneida Bank in New York…
Glad I don’t need to “clock in” and be mastered
by those yahoos… lol…

Yes Princess! You hit the food-stamp right on the head. Me post sounds like me been a total failure in life. Hence,(do you like how I just used proper grammar?) who said everyone has to be interested and join this Internet Based International travel and rewards company? ROI Unlimited provides its members with top quality travel & discount products and business expansion services as well as an unprecedented opportunity to earn and unlimited amount of commissions. This isn't for everyone and we only want to work with interested and capable individuals. This isn't a free ride for fast cash or a welfare check. You have to work hard and be smart in order to build a successful network marketing business. If you think it is a scam or a pyramid scheme (which pyramid schemes are illegal) fine that is your opinion. However, when you post your opinions online your written words become malicious, slanderous and defamatory to the said legitimate organization. Hence,(there's the proper grammar again) the actions you have just taken Princess are illegal.

I will take your money CashisKing, I being the CEo will be laughing all the way to the bank with your money sitting on the beach drinking rum & cokes thinking of you!!!!!!!!!!

Correct, only in places as stupid and low class as Rome, Syracuse, and the rest of the poverty belt would idiots see "Do nothing, get money." and not question it's legitimacy one bit.
I had a good friend try to pull me in on the bullshit, he even sent me an email using some pretty slick wording and marketing catch phrases. the sickest part is I believe he knew it was a scam and was just trying to make his money back. A bold face lie that has tarnished a 20+ year friendship, he will soon find out.
Oh well, what do you expect from Rome.

just wanted to post a couple of points to dispel any rumors or misconceptions of how things work...
1. it's not a pyramid scheme. here are the 2 main reasons why: ROI Unlimited offers a product (lifetime travel savings memberships), and when you reach the top of your board you cycle back through. So nobody is just locked at the top with money coming just to one higher end person. Everyone has a chance to be a the top, more than just once.
2. you get out of it what you put into it. If you have family/friends that are only going to use the travel benefits then they will definitely get their investments worth returned to them in the savings alone. If you have multiple people joining together then that will increase the speed at which you cycle through. Being on an upwardly mobile team is a key to making money.
3. I went to the Rome and Syracuse meetings and there are definitely people in this area cashing checks ranging from $25 -$20000 checks. Don't be fooled by the haters. If you think you can succeed and are empowered to do a little side work to promote this product, you stand to make a nice winning at the end of the day. like all things in life, hard work is the only way accomplish your goals.
4. There are less than 15000 people total invested in this company. You can get in at a below basement level for minimum investment. When it really starts going national and global all the nay sayers will come running. Don't miss out.
stay tuned more info coming in a week or so... TEAM 315 KEEP ROCKING!!!

Any bank will cash a check when the funds are available. No bank will give any information about any business ,or there account or standing its against the law they can only tell you if a specific check is good that day and that doesn't mean it will clear if you deposit it. However the I.R.S. has matters like these in hand for fools who think they can cash checks in there name without depositing them or reporting their income to them to avoid paying taxes on windfall money. Are we having fun yet? If not April 15th coming.
#41 Jun 11, 2011
Of course we have to claim the income, just like any other job.
