Mystery iguana spotted hanging out in Rome

There's an iguana on the loose in Rome. A Hamilton Street resident saw the lizard on her neighbor's lawn.

idk Come take a look, first house on the corner of liberty and Hamilton st. white house, red shutters. last I lbw it was in the tree closest to the shed on the left side. almost positive he's there. AND it is absolutely messed up no-one has rescued him, he'll be dead soon.

This is so funny cz many yrs ago my brothers iguana jumped out the window and into a tree...in rome ..lol

is this the one in west rome that was spotted last summer that the government said for them to contact the national center for extinct animals but they never did ?? just curious because there was one over in the mcrae / hamilton street area and I never heard that it was captured in the summer or fall ... bet it was never caught... I would put money on that one!!!!
