Disturbing , heartless defacing of cemetary plots

Itrs still goes on and I hope these people are caught. heartless pieces of human garbage ripping out flowers, candle holders and other memorable items from a grave of someone that is passed on is the cruelest , most heartless form of offensive damage I can think of. It happened to my family member, it broke their hearts!
