Rounding the corner on the second year of his first term Mayor "Joe" announced big changes as a result of the second top secret meeting held outside city hall towards a reorganization plan for 2013.

Key members of his team met for two day long meetings importing food and drink for the players which allowed them to keep the boss focused and around long enough to iron out a new direction.

Moving forward the area's leader has decided its in " everyone's best interest" if he reduces his role in major budget issues as well as negotiations with the cities's five unions. "everybody knows I'm no good at this and it's better for folks if I step aside and let the boys do their jobs".

Fusco will continue to work at city hall but his primary duties will include ceremonial functions like visiting classrooms at schools and rallies where extra bodies are needed.

The State of the City address this year will also be included in the re- alignment of duties. Out of his mind chief of staff, director of administrative services and Recreation director Brandon Lovett indicated Fusco will allow each department head a speaking part in the speech. Fusco will open up the event singing the national anthem and will close the event reading a passage from a book last read by his father, Joe Fusco Sr.
