little Italy? Please, what joke. Changing street signs makes a few blocks little Italy. That part of town is just as scummy as most of Rome. All this racial stuff is getting really old. Try saying something productive for a change. I guess i have to consider the source, it's usually low life scum insulting someone else.

There are laws that need to be followed in regard to posting of signs. Believe it or not, these laws are there to protect the public. Sorry you do not understand the concept, but you just can't be putting signs up changing speed limits without advance warning. Look at every construction zone in the state.
Yes, I agree that we should drive 15 mph through there. But without proper sign placement, the cops should not be issuing tickets.
If the sign is white with black lettering that is the legal speed limit. If the sign is orange with black lettering it is the sugested speed limit for a limited distance for work zones . If the sign is a orange sign with a square white sign with black lettering centered in the orange background that is the tempery legal speed limit for a limited distance for work zones. A sign telling drivers a speed limit reduction ahead is not required by law. Fines for speeding in a work zone can be doubled by a judge, and extra points for speeding can be added to your license if found guilty. All work zones require a road work ahead sign at least 500 ft before the work zone begins. Each side street that enter the area should also have work zone signs. Flag man signs are required if a flagger is used to control traffic at any time in the work zone. If a flag person is flagging at an intersection that has a light for traffic control the light should be turned off unless the flag person is only there for a limited time. The flag person has the same authority as a police officer at a work site, they cannot issue tickets but their directions must be obeyed by law.

stupid? Im stupid for say there is nothing to little Italy but the street signs? It's true. What consists of little Italy? Please enlighten me. I was simply responding to a racist comment. They make it seem as if "little Italy" is this great place that is so desirable to everyone, and that isn't the case. No problem with the ignorant comment i responded to though? That was completely intelligent ha? Im hardly stupid, i go to college full time, plus work. What do u do?
