Cary Cooper has no chance. He is a pretty fair cop and not a bad guy but he is taking on one of the most well liked politicians in Floyd Co. Tim Burkhalter does a good job. What Cooper should have done is save his qualification fee and spent the next four years getting his name out there. Burkhalter wants one more term and deserves it. Cooper would then have a chance to get himself elected without opposing a popular, incumbent Sheriff.

Burkhalter is a politician. What does he bring to the table? A bunch of underlings that post on his behalf? The issue is, is his jail managed properly? The important issue is, does his deputies and people that put up signs get all the employee perks that they want? Law enforcement shouldn't be politicized or risk abuse or simply favoritism.

A person who is incarcerated at the facility run by incumbent, who is innocent until proven guilty, would quickly learn the outs of or legalsystem, and worse yet the conditions sed person was housed. Not mentioning the general abuse endured by lowly prisoners. If you ask anyone who might care to voice an opinion several conditions should be adressed before the ticking timebomb that is that facility blows any chance of the public reelecting the current managment.

If you would name those **conditions** that need to be addressed, we can certainly look at it and see just how bad things are, or are not.

Watching, now if they actually had to "name" those things instead of just vaguely making random posts then we would all quickly realize that "Wrongly Accussed" has no idea what they are talking about. Which seems to be the basis for Cooper's entire campaign. Empty promises. He obviously has no idea what he is doing, he is less than sixty days away from Super Tuesday and has yet to even develop a paltform. But he has a vision! A secret vision! So secret that he doesn't even know what it is! Been waiting to hear this vision for going on six months now and still nothing. It is beginning to be hard to even honestly consider him an actual candidate in this election.
