Professional decibel reading

Does anyone know how I can get a decibel reading. What kind of professional does this?

You may be able to get some deciel reading equipment at some of the music stores, or HiFi Buys. Not something most people do. May I ask what and where you are measuring sound at?

Thanks Ricky. I had found some of the equipment. I don't want to say now exactly what I need it for. But I will soon. It's just something that I can't talk about right now
