I find it hard to believe there is not a stop light on Main Street in front of Target. This is one of the busiest shopping centers and intersection in Bartow county and getting out of there is crazy in the afternoon. There is not a single red light going in/out of this shopping center.

That is odd. Anybody know why every light on 41 is always red no matter what time of day? It's like they turn red right when you get up to the speed limit and turn green the second you come to a complete stop.
