I do not like the idea of a school having thier games broadcast exclusivly on any radio station. Schools are public and should not be involved in this type of "deal". Radio stations owe it to the area which they are involved to air other ball games from different schools. It is not fair to the other schools and students and families. Seems to me any radio station that would do this is showing partiality to Pepperell School.

Don't forget these games are webcast on Romenewswire.com in conjunction with the radio station. Broadcasting is all about the sponsorship dollars. If you think they all should be broadcast then you should provide the sponsorship money. Your opinion sounds like your a socialist.

How could we forget Patriot, I mean Three Rivers ("editor"/RNW plant) or is it Jerry Duke, when you constantly, conveniently and oh so "objectively" plug RNW?

And your opinion sounds like you're a communist having a hard time accepting other opinions as well as trying to talk while your nose is so deep up Jerry Duke's ass!

Why should anybody try to plug that place RNW? It's done enough on this forum. Topix is all about RNW.

It is my understanding that the Pepperell Football Booster Club purchased the time on the radio and RomeNewsWire for their games to be broadcast and they (the Boosters) are responsible for selling the ads to pay for it. It's called capitalism; you may have heard of it.

The hard working, over-achievers that comprise the Pepperell Boosters Club came out of the gate busting their butts selling $6000 worth of advertising in ONE WEEK! Now the underachievers who chose to not work as hard are all complaining and whining because...well... that's just not FAIR!

Welcome folks to the new OBAMA NATION of the 'Fairness' mentality where the Hard Work Ethic and Free-Market Capitalism competition are now things of the past. All of our hard earned efforts and self-improvement will now be forcefully redistributed to the incompetent and lazy.
