Child molester having children in home

I have recently found out that one of your area child molesters is being allowed to have his wife's grandchildren live in his home. Have any of you heard about this and if so what do you think?

I think that is a shame, I had thought that molesters and registered sex offendors couldn't be around children, my sister in law moved a newly released inmate, that served time and is registred for the sexual offense of a child into her home she shares with my 2 neices and 1 nephew and he babysits them while she works to earn his keep and I was told I had no authority or right to question her parenting..I hope for those grandchildren he doesn't do something to scar thier lives..

I am doing all I can to fight this but it seems our system is more concerned with protecting sex offenders rights than children's. I am going to plead with the courts next week considering I have court ordered visitation with one of the children and these people haven't been complying with the orders.

It is actually my neice and her 2 sisters who have actually been placed in the home of RICK CALAHAN convicted sex offender, since their mother(the one whom he was convicted for in the first place) has went to jail. Get this they were placed in his home by CPS. My mother has contacted the social worker numerous times. She finally said she will place all of the children in my mothers home, but that was 2 weeks ago, now she won't return phone calls. I dont understand how a person can sleep at night for ever placing the children in this "mans" home in the first place. I think all sex offenders should recieve life without parole. These criminals never rehabilitate and should never be alowed on the streets. Whoever reads this please call and make complaints to cps continuously until this matter is resolved.(oh and his parole officer doesnt care that children are in his home. She should be ripped of her job immediately!)
