Two Killed in Electrical Accident

Two Belcourt men were electrocuted Tuesday. David Craig Martin, 29, and Michael Todd Vallie, 38 were trying to steal wire from a relay box near a condemned housing project.

Todd was a great guy and people shouldn't judge him for trying to steel some wire. He was trying to save his friend. Todd was a great guy and i count him as a part of my family.

I really don't like how your implying that they were stealing copper wire. They were scraping and told it was okay for them to take. Who ever said they were stealing is a BIG FAT LIAR!!!! And was probably just trying to cover their own butts!
