There is an attempt here to pass the blame to Republicans on the financial cliff that awaits us that I'm drawing attention to preemptively.

Obama is going to claim Republicans not agreeing to tax increases on the rich will be what caused the financial cliff. That is total BS. Stealing money out of the private economy does not contribute to a downturn in the private economy. That's like me trying to steal money from you and then telling you you will have hard financial times if you don't give me that money. It's silly at all levels. Obama's relying on your ignorance. Now you have been informed.

Yesterday's events indicate we have entered a new political era. If Republicans ever want to make a difference they have to grow up. Talk Radio, Tea Party, its all old frustrated white voters who are angry at the world for changing. Rush will always have his audience of blue collar, angry, religious archie bunker types who wave the flag and think the world owes them something. Well, this election proves that way of thinking is ancient and as they die off , they're not being replaced .

We saw what happens when the repugs hope he fails and don't give an inch and then their main platform is that he didn't do enough.

With the election out of the way, investors were on the prowl for stocks that stand to benefit under President Obama's health care reform law.

Shares of major hospital operators rallied Wednesday as investors bet that the Affordable Care Act, popularly known as Obamacare, will boost those companies' bottom lines.

HCA Holdings (HCA), which operates 163 hospitals across the country, was up 7%. Investors also bid up shares of LifePointHospitals (LPNT), Health Management Associates (HMA), Tenet Healthcare (THC), Community Health Systems (CYH) and Vanguard Health Systems (VHS).

The law is expected to expand coverage to millions of patients, who would otherwise seek treatment at hospitals without any health insurance. Under the new law, hospitals will treat fewer patients who can't pay, which should help bolster their profits. CNNMoney had previously identified hospital operators as a potential winner if Obama were to be elected for a second term.

Meanwhile, investors punished shares of insurance companies that provide health care coverage, which will face new competition as the law is phased in over the next few years.

Thanks. I've got news articles at my finger tips too though. The market isn't done dropping. It's losing an earnings multiple as companies are no longer expected to expand quickly. That'll just be the first round with more to come next year as unemployment rises and companies fail.

There are no two ways about it. This country is going to hell and you can't spin that.

Really?

Nov 4 - killa says Romney will win Michigan and Pennsylvania. He then loses both by more than six points.

Oct - killa says the Rasmussen poll is the only accurate and reliable poll. Then we see that the Rasmussen poll was probably the least accurate of all the polls. It had Romney winning Virginia and Ohio and the popular vote. How did that turn out?

Yeah killa, you're never wrong....

Comment on the thread to bring it up front because I don't recall saying Romney would win either. I was simply quoting polls. They may not have been right, but that doesn't make me wrong. Otherwise, I'd be responsible for everyone else's comments and stories when I quote them.

Rasmussen was one of the two most accurate in 2008. It's indisputable. I didn't make that up. So I'm right again.

Still right...

I understand if you want to disappear now. Proving me wrong is extremely difficult. Especially for a liberal.

Nah. You're not worth it. Go back to your bunker and hide for the next four years - or better yet go somewhere that your money will be safe from socialists like Obama.

Killa I'm gonna have to call bs on you. You referred to him as President Romney. I'd say that qualifies as a prediction.
