Lipozene is basically fiber in a capsule-don't waste money. hcg-I don't know, but imagine the 'good stuff' comes from a medical office, not from Big Lots.
A lot of diet pills are heavy into the caffeine or other natural stimulants. Use these to get more energy to go exercise. That is-exercise is best way to burn calories, so take a little caffeine (diet pills or strong coffee) to give you more pep so you can exercise, walk/jog, lift weights, or do an exercise CD.
Next strategy is eat more fiber. You are gonna be hungry but look for fibery foods (celery, bran muffins, black beans), because fiber help give you the feeling of satiety and 'fullness'. Avoid the usual suspect--basically stop eating anything white for several months (White bread, white rice, white sugar, white pasta).
Oh yeah-form a support group to keep each other on track and conduct weekly weigh-in's. A lot of weight loss programs work because they hold you accountable. Find a couple of chunky friend who also want to lose weight and figure out a weekly game (goals); like evryone chip in $5, and whoever loses the greatest PERCENTAGE of weight in two weeks, gets to collect all the money. Or sign up(pay) for a 5K race and work together to build up for it.
Smaller baby goals. You are not going to lose 75 pounds. Thats tough. What you can do is lose 10 pounds by Valentine's day; then lose another 10 pounds by Easter; then lose another 10 pounds by memorial day. You see, everyone can lose 10 pounds-that is an acheiveable goal. But 75 Pounds is daunting. Eating and weight gain or loss is mainly about fixing your mind and undoing years of bad habits. Good Luck and keep us updated on your progress here. I am interested to read how you are doing!
