I know this company has been arguing for a couple of days now I wonder if the manager/ owner knows that they are not working but wasting company time fighting on here seems kinda immature who ever they are. Grow up a fresh beginning I'm tiered of this and its only hurting the image of the company you work for even if your un happy grow up.

And while the staff is on here bitchin' the residents are probably being neglected. I can tell from the language that these people are insiders since they refer to the people as "consumers", definitely a Mental Health guidelines term. Most outsiders would refer to them as people or residents. "Consumers" is a dead giveaway! Clean up your act NOW, or you could end up on the street for neglect, from top to bottom there. Fair enough?

I would call them consumers because that is in job description posted for employment for companies like these. Wouldn't that prove that there office staff aren't doing there jobs if there on her acting just as immature as them and we know you are at work posting this if you have a normal 9 to 5 office hours maybe higher up management should lead by example and work as one to make sure everyone is devoted to the "residents" right?

Looks to me like this is a unprofessional company! Who ever is upset with a company like this should take all the information they have been posting to Rolla Regional Center which is located off fairgrounds rd right behind the new car wash. These people will investigate issues like these especially if there is misuse of funds or neglect towards there residents like what was stated in a previous review of this company. It's better safe than sorry and the people up there are very nice and will allow you to remain anonymous so it won't affect your job. Please do so if these things are true!

This was a while back but I witnessed the black haired chunky lady that works in there office strike one of there residents in the face with her hand while at the bowling alley. She was also in his face verbally abusing him. I reported it but still see her working there. I think she should have been fired immediately but that explains the unprofessionalism of this company.

I don't know what company you're talking about, but the name is misleading. "A Fresh Beginning" sounds like a vaginal wash product.

Actually, it sounds more like a rehab place. But it's a place for disabled people to get a fresh start in life after they've been in places that are really bad for them!

This company is a joke and who ever compared it to a bad bootleg copy is telling the truth! They have a very rude, disrespectful and under educated office staff that are very uncaring towards there consumers.

it has been turned in to rolla regional nothing done, the staff is told there jobs are gone if they say anything when charges are investigated.staff who were caught drinking while with consumers on outing were just moved to office to work, another one caught mistreating staff in house was moved to be someones personal attendent. james has put his hands on numerous consumers.

The reason I don't leave this company is because I know the office staff don't give a shit about there consumers and I least have a hart and want the best for them and scard what will happen to them when I leave and it shouldn't have to be this way. You don't have to give the office staff any reasons to be disrespectful thats just the way those lazy bitch's are. They only know whats going on by gossip not actually doing there jobs because they are scard the might miss some gossip if they leave the office for a minute. When you go to the office to speak to one of them they all are listing its kinda funny when they are in there office responding back to you when your not even speaking to them lol. Get a life and grow up office staff maybe you might have a chance to turn this company around before it goes to far south if not maybe you should seek employment else where if you are not doing your jobs. The company is NOTHING but a joke! Also the office staff are absolutely nothing but ignorant and LAZY AS HELL! I have worked for them so I know first had! If they drug tested at that place there company would go under because all employee's but a handful would fail the drug test! Also they should drug test the people in the office! I have personally heard Donnell Matlock take about weed. And ad for the other one in the office that acts Like she's all about Jesus...give me a break! She talks more shit than my ass! As for James?
