I had the pork sandwich a couple weeks ago.

Great food and service, prices reasonable and beer cold. I'll keep going back.

If Joe is running it maybe he will run it right and pay his employees by check instead of giving a cash! I always wondered how people worked and could still get 300 plus a month in foodstamps! shady people like tommy!

FYI- you can work & still get assistance. Depends on how many hours you work, how much you make & how many are in your household. Just because you work doesn't mean you don't get assistance.

You mean like Mario Garcia working at the Tater Patch for cash under the table and drawing unemployment wages the entire time he worked there? Not to mention doing the same thing where he is working right now, when he first started that job he continued to draw unemployment wages every week while his "friend/boss" paid him cash under the table.

He was at Wal-Mart the first of every month paying for his groceries with a food stamp card at the same time. Gotta love this guy, no wonder the bar tramps love this loser.

No that's not what I mean. I was just stating that you can work & get assistance legally. I'm sure a lot do it illegally as well. Was just saying that just because you work doesn't mean you don't qualify for assistance.

it also helps people that are supposed to have garnishments on their checks get by without having to worry about it! if you can get assistance and u actually do it the right way I have no problem but I would almost bet that the people getting paid under the table do not report that as income on the welfare papers!

I don't believe in getting assistance by not reporting your wages either.
But not everyone is dishonest that gets paid cash.
I know a family of 4 with an income of 1700$ a month (under the table) gets close to 300$ a month food stamps.
My point of even posting on this topic was just to say that just because you work doesn't mean you can't get assistance.

A lot if things will be different under Joe. And if you know something illegal is going on, report them. Bitching about it on here isn't going to fix the problem.

Fankie Boy: Maybe we should discuss this problem you have with sticking your cooked nose in my business. That would be bad enough but then you add total lies into it..Do you follow me every time I go to Wal -mart. If yes you are a complete stalker...Lets meet anytime anywhere
