They are always advertising for a legal assistant or receptionist. Does anyone know why? Is it because they cannot keep help for some reason OR is it because they are so busy that they need extra help??

When you go to school to be a lawyer and pass the Missouri barr, then I think you have the right to talk about a lawyer and say he has no idea what he is doing. Until then shut your mouths and get a life.

The question was not intended for any bashing. It was a legitimate question. They both have advertised recently for help.(Thank you sick of stupid for your keen awareness.) I do appreciate the good feed back.

Daniels Law-firm is constantly busy, the previous receptionist was very pregnant a month ago. I'm sure they need someone to replace her. So far I am not going to say my experience except that I hope that it gets better considering I'm paying them.

I paid him to take care of a speeding ticket. Needless to say I was at work when 3 police officers came in and told me I had a warrant out for my arrest because he didn't take care of it and thank god they all knew me and I don't have a record. I told them I paid for him to fix it and they let me stay at work and told me to just take care of it! It took me about a week for him to get it fixed!

He is constantly mis-filing paperwork or like cosmogirl said, not filing at all!! Ask any other lawyer in town and they will tell you what they think of him. He's cheap and theres a reason why he's so cheap. You get what you pay for.

I used Daniels ONCE. He was so drunk in court that he had no clue what.he was doing. I fired him on the spot. He is a idiot and a drunk. I always suggest that people I know who is looking for a lawyer NOT TO USE HIM. As for Parmele, they are excellent. They are trying to find someone here in Rolla to run their office since they are based out of Springfield. They are working on my case and are doing an excelled.t job at it. They are very thorough and know what they are doing and very nice group of people!

Worthless drunk of an attorney! He IS A COURT ROOM JOKE! lol! Most people that work in the court system know this to be true! I've been told that by other attorneys! Funny stuff! He can't keep help because he is a douche bag! A friend of mine worked there for a short amount of time until she had to walk out. It was horrible! Screaming, yelling! I've heard that from another girl too!

Generally speaking, if there's not much turn-over in employees/staff, then you can pretty well guess that particular job is a good one.

Peeps don't leave jobs because it's such a fantastic place to work. They leave because something just isn't clickin'.
