I think if you can't provide food, clothing, transportation, or a stable home you shouldn't have custody- and you have to do it with out government assistance and childsupport. We can. And we technically qualify for low income. You learn to get by and but thrift store instead of mall quality. You learn to cook at home because its cheaper. You know the value of paying your bills bc you have a place to call home. My stepdaughters mother can it provide any of that. And she's about to pop another one w a guy that has an arrest warrant on him who doesn't live with them and doesn't have anything either. No job, no car, no license, hasn't paid taxes, doesn't have a house. Nothing but tattoos, "smoking" drinking, and skateboarding. Really?! Grow the f up!!!!
