They made it a criminal act to enact Obamacare. The Constitution is slowly making a comeback. Despite Obama.

Time for another lesson, A. SCOTUS says the PPACA is constitutional. B. Federal law trumps state law in this case. Looks like you fail again. We may have to test you for a learning disability or a drinking problem

I started laughing when I saw "it's time for another lesson." You have already taught me a lesson. You are an idiot that corrects statements that were never made, and then you correct them incorrectly.

A. Duh. When the Supreme Court becomes infallible, then you will have new news.

B. Refer to A in reference to incorporation.

Btw... There is no federal law regarding the implementation of Obamacare by state officials that I'm aware of. Perhaps you can enlighten me on that law.

My gosh you are dense, South Carolina can pass all the laws they want. If an employer of healthcare provider fail to meet the requirements they will pay the penalty. I don't think the Governor or state legislature is going to help them. Read the supremacy clause.

Your acting like an unruly child again, maybe you need a nap. You know your tired and cranky when you post twice and can't refute anything.

I guess we will see. I made no claim as to the success of the law. Which once again, you presumed incorrectly. Your simpleton logic allows you to presume you already know the outcome. But when this goes to trial, I guarantee neither side will know the outcome or would be so stupid as to believe they know the outcome.

Start with learning the English language. "If an employer of healthcare provider" makes no sense. Healthcare providers don't typically have an employer.
