I've never had a problem at autozone. They are always quick to help and the employees are generally knowledgeable about vehicles. I've not been to the o'reilly's here in town so I don't have an opinion of them really, but I've never had a need to go there. That's not to say that they're perfect either, but they are quick to correct even the smallest inaccuracy or mistake. Overall, in my experience, those "worthless retards" are exactly the opposite of that.

U would think that. I just know from experience that I would never go there again. After one of the management told me what I could or could not do to my own vehicle. But I guess thats why they call it ought-tow-zone

My experiences there have not been good ones. One a couple occasions when oreillys didnt have the part i needed i called auto zone. I told then i needed a part for a dodge diesel. They ask, does that have the 5.9 liter or the 5.7 liter.......would any knowledgable employee ask that? I think not.

Not gonna lie, dodge diesel is a pretty vague description of your vehicle. Even if you gave them more specific info, diesel engines for most trucks come in multiple sizes depending on year and edition. I feel like asking the size of your engine is a smarter choice than guessing and if you don't agree then you clearly don't know as much as you think you do about your truck. I own a Cadillac DeVille and the year my car came out there were a few (as in less than the standard model that I own) special editions that had a slightly larger engine and although some of the parts are exactly the same, others are very different. They always ask if I have the 4.7 or 4.9 liter and I never think less of them for it, it just makes sense that they would need to clarify.

Auto Zone has stooped to a new low. I was in there the other day and the biggest douche bag ever is working there Bobby Gilbert. LOL If he has to read anything in there no one will get what they need cause he can't read very well. Wonder how he got that job? Any woman that goes in there to get anything for her car he will want to take it out in trade. What a joke...
